Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing:

- We ship from California, USA

- We process orders within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

- Successfully placed orders will received and email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us at Service@rockscaledesign.com

Returns:

- Please reach out to us first at Service@rockscaledesign.com if you with to return or exchange.

- Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds:

-  Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

- We will also notify you if rejection of your refund.
