Titanium Scales for Benchmade Bailout 537 - Lanyard Version - Right Hand Carry
Lanyard version requires RSD backspacer and will not work with the stock pommel.
This lightweight TI handle provides better rigidity compared to the stock handle. Due to the aggressive pocketing, the knife weighs under 3oz providing a good balance between weight and strength. This scale is blasted to provide better traction.
- Required backspacer with newer model: 537SGY-1
- All blasted scales are finished with oil-based PTFE to help reduce fingerprints and scratches.
Made out of grade 5 titanium, knife and hardware not included. Please allow 3-5 business days to process. Please message me for left-hand carry.
I purchased the scales and purple backspace for the bailout and it totally changed the knife. Makes it feel so much more stronger with then the OG scales and they can take a beating with still looking new. I have also pouched scales and back spacer for a bugout and scales for the 945 Osborne and no complaints from those scales either
I chose the anodized tanto blade of the bailout over the satin drop point of the bugout when I initially purchased this knife. I carried and used it stock for quite a while, until I went down the rabbit hole of youtube videos and found these. They've taken what was already a very good knife to a premium level of quality, and the rigidity is absolutely worth the slight extra weight. The all-matte grey looks slick as all get out!
Had an issue with the scales they sent me for my Bailout (issue was on my end - not a product defect). Contacted customer service and they sent out new scales that arrived 2 days later with prepaid box to send back the old scales. Superb customer service throughout. The scales are excellent, fit and finish perfect, and they are the exact thing I wanted. Top notch from Rockscale!!!
Wasnt a fan of the plastic so nice change would like a black option.
I have always liked the bailout, Never feel the plastic handles did it justice. Even with these scales it is still quite light, but feels in hand substantially more premium and what I imagine it should have been from Benchmade.
