Titanium Hexi Scales for Demko AD20.5 - Straight Handle - Liner Removed
The scales provide a thicker handle, larger forward finger choil, and a fully recessed lock grove. These adjustments are made for added comfort when handling, deploying and disengaging the shark lock. Due to the deep milling of the scales, the total weight of the knife is about 4.1oz.
Note:
- The updated version will expose the pivot and lock pin.
- Includes two stainless steel washers that needed to be placed between each scale and ball bearing washers (not between blade and ball bearing washers).
- Stop and lock pins have solid and line markings on each end. Placed the solid ends together on the right-hand pocket clip side of the scales first.
- Lightly brushed with aluminum blasted textured.
- knife and hardware not included.
- Not compatible with AD20.5 Ti & CF Version.
- These scales are made to replace the steel liners and stock grivory/G10 scales.
- All blasted scales are finished with oil-based PTFE to help reduce fingerprints and scratches.
- Made out of grade 5 titanium
- Please allow 3-5 business days to process.

I couldn’t be happier. They fit perfectly and look and feel like quality scales. I bought the back spacer too and was happy to find out that it works with my tanto blade too!
Perfect fitment, definitely worth the money.
Fit and finish is excellent! I love the added thickness and liner-less design. The titanium enhances the already great acoustics of the Demko Ad20.5. If you know, you know! The larger lock access cut-out is just what this knife needed! Demko needs to implement this in future versions of this knife! It's that good! Buy these scales now if you own a Demko AD20.5!
These scales are just awesome. I own several sets. The only thing that could make these better is if the edges were chamfered a bit more. They feel a little to square or “blockish” but not enough to deter me.
You can buy other brand like I did because $120 seems like a lot to spend on scales. But when you do eventually buy a set of these you might not buy anything else.
Yes they are worth every penny.
I’ve bought other Ti scales and they all had something I didn’t like about them. These come perfectly machined to fit. They feel amazing they are weighted perfectly for each knife. You can tell so much craftsmanship goes into the design of each model. I got the first set and instantly bought another set for my other edc.
Somehow they are smooth yet have a texture that makes them so comfortable in the hand. And just look at them they’re beautiful. They just elevate whatever knife you put them on.
