Titanium Critter Scales for Demko AD20 - Straigh Grip - Liner Removed
The straight grip fills the grooves of the original handle profile, resulting in a wider and more neutral grip. The Demko AD20 linerless scales feature a fully recessed lock groove, enhancing comfort when deploying or disengaging the shark lock. Thanks to deep milling, the knife weighs about 6.3oz and measures 0.52 inches thick, making it slightly slimmer than the original.
Note & Installation:
- Not compatible with the AD20S.
- Due to the thinner scales, the pivot pin will be exposed on both sides.
- Longer screws are to be used on the pocket clip side.
- Comes with two stainless steel washers, which should be positioned between each scale and the ball bearing washers (not between the blade and the ball bearing washers).
- Pivot Pin must be installed on the show side (left-hand clip mount side) first.
- The Pins have solid and lines markings on each end. Place the solid ends together on show side of the scales first.
- Lightly brushed with aluminum blasted textured.
- Knife and hardware not included.
- All blasted scales are finished with oil-based PTFE to help reduce fingerprints and scratches.
- Made out of grade 5 titanium

These beautiful milled scales are a perfect compliment to my Spyderco Bodacious knife in SPY27 steel. I love these & they make them just so much better.
Really liking these scales so far on my full size AD20. The extra room for the lock makes a huge difference compared to the factory scales. They feel great in hand. I really like these overall thickness of the knife, but I do wish the pivot was flush. Hopefully someone will make an aftermarket pivot that would be flush, I would definitely recommend these scales.
