 Titanium Hexi Scales for Spyderco Para 3 Skinny - Right Hand Tip Up Carry

Made out of grade 5 titanium. The handle offers an excellent combination of high strength and toughness over the stock G10. These scales are machined with lots of attention to details with hard edges chamfered and hand sanded for a smooth finish before blasting for better traction. The scales weigh about 2.1oz and about 4.5oz with the knife. 

- All blasted scales are finished with oil-based PTFE to help reduce fingerprints and scratches.

- Lightly brushed with aluminum blasted textured.

Para 3 HEXI Scales

The fit and finish was much more than I expected. Once installed with a new back spacer and hardware this EDC gem shines even brighter. The scales added much needed heft and style that the stock G10s did not have. The color and finish of the scales look much more premium IMO than plain full TI set up. I’m on the look out for scales for my other knives!

Great product with a catch

Great product, feels solid and adds weight to your knife. Makes it feel fancy. 1 minor issue, original screws for the clip no longer fit. I tried to use a clamp to pull the liner closer with no luck. I contacted back and had no response. I purchased titanium screws hoping they would fit. No luck. So I decided to buy long screws and grind them back flush. So there is that. All other hardware snugly fit.
So after a bit of winging it, this knife kicks A$Z

These scales are the best finished, the best feeling and best looking without detracting from the smooth original action of the knife (which can’t be said for the bulk of RSDs competitors)
