When I got my expensive, underwhelming knife in the mail I was pretty bummed. After some thought, I figured putting some new scales on it may make it look a little better (I hadn't bought scales before) so I decided to give it try. I was shocked. It completely changed the knife. It's totally different and now I absolutely love it. In addition, I understand why the company name is "ROCk" scales design... They are rock solid.. now when I grip down on the handle, the scales don't flex like they were before. They are fantastic and I would recommend them to everyone.
I'm really glad a went the extra mile and got the backspacer to match my Aluminum Blast PM2 scales. I love the gear pattern and the spacer was thoughtfully designed so that my Tanto blade fits with the right clearance. Thanks Rockscale! I will be back for more.
